Ball dedicated to the Third Anniversary of Kuban Scottish Dancers in Krasnodar.

It is our Anniversary – we are 3 years old now!

We invite all our friends and friends-to-be, all those who are interested in Celtic culture and who like lively dancing and Scottish ballades to celebrate birthday of Kuban Scottish Dancers (an affiliated group of the Royal Scottish Country Dance Society) with us.



30 January 2005, Palace of Culture, Krasnodar
   Every year at the end of January Scotsmen all around the world celebrate Burns Night in honour of the birthday of one the most famous and favourite sons of Scotland, Scottish national poet Robert Burns (1759-1796). On 31 January, ceilidh dedicated to this event will take place in the Palace of Culture.

The New Year celebration in Scotland is called Hogmanay. It is one of the most important days in the Scottish calendar. Scottish people are always glad to have guests. They believe that well-being and prosperity come into your house with each guest and that the New Year must be welcomed in high spirits! On 19 January a Scottish Ball dedicated to the celebration of Christmas and New Year will take place in the Palace of Culture. The best gift is to celebrate this event in the company of good friends!
